Shipping
Bergeron Protective Clothing, LLC shall not be held liable for any delay in or impairment of performance due to any event beyond our control including but not limited to Acts of God, riot, flood, fire, labor disruptions or governmental act. Shipping charges will be added to your order based on UPS ground service and allowable weight. We do not ship outside the continental U.S.
Returns
Bergeron Protective Clothing will make every effort to correct any discrepancy associated with an order. We cannot be held responsible for errors, mistakes, or cancellations on orders that have already been processed and may result in additional charges. Please call (603) 736-8500 or email us at Support@BergeronProtectiveClothing.com to obtain a make a return. We can issue a UPS return label upon request. Credit for returned items will be less the amount of return postage.All returns must be in the original manufacturer’s box with the original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice number of the purchase. All authorized returns will be charged a restocking fee.

Cancellations
Should an order need to be cancelled, Bergeron Protective Clothing should be notified ASAP by phone (603) 736-8500 or email at Support@BergeronProtectiveClothing.com. If the product has not been shipped your order will be cancelled. If already shipped, it will be treated as a return. We can issue a UPS return label upon request. Credit for returned items will be less the amount of return postage. Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once customization begins.
Damaged Goods
In the event you receive a damaged shipment, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier. This claim is the consignee’s (your) responsibility. Please contact us at (603) 736-8500 for additional assistance.

Payment Options
We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover cards for all types of orders (internet, phone, mail). If paying by Purchase Order, select “Purchase Order” as your payment option and add the purchase order number. Open account terms may be extended to business or government agencies pending credit application and approval. Current customers need not apply for approval. Sales Tax
Bergeron Protective Clothing, LLC is based in the tax free State of New Hampshire. You will be charged only the cost of the product plus shipping.
