SHIPPING

Bergeron Protective Clothing, LLC shall not be held liable for any delay in or impairment of performance due to any event beyond our control including but not limited to Acts of God, riot, flood, fire, labor disruptions or governmental act. Shipping charges will be added to your order based on UPS ground service and allowable weight. We do not ship outside the continental U.S.

RETURNS

Bergeron Protective Clothing will make every effort to correct any discrepancy associated with an order. We cannot be held responsible for errors or mistakes in written orders. Additional charges will likely result for returns on custom or personalized goods. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#).Please call (603) 736-8500 or email us at orders@BergeronProtectiveClothing.com to obtain a RA# .

CANCELLATIONS

Should an order need to be cancelled, Bergeron Protective Clothing should be notified ASAP by phone (603) 736-8500 or email at Orders@BergeronProtectiveClothing.com. If the product has not been shipped your order will be cancelled. If already shipped, it will be treated as a return, for which a return authorization number is required. Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once customization begins.

DAMAGED GOODS

In the event you receive a damaged shipment, you must immediately file a claim with the carrier. This claim is the consignee’s (your) responsibility. Please contact us (603) 736-8500 for additional assistance.
